Leading Managers Programme - Standard

The Leading Managers Programme is a series of 1:1 executive coaching sessions which deliver effective, sustainable results, in personal and professional skills, knowledge and attitudes.

By selecting up to 12 delegates from your leadership development pool/talent ID process and offering them up to six 1:1 executive coaching sessions you will begin to maximise the potential they have clearly shown you already and also unearth skills and talents that all parties may be unaware exist.

We will gather information and data at several points throughout the programme in order to provide you with the resulting impacts, in addition to a financial Return on Investment, using established methodology.

The Leading Managers Programme - Intense

The Intense Leading Managers Programme is for up to 12 senior managers/leaders/talent pool delegates, who do the type of work, or face the kind of challenges, that would benefit from a more immersive coaching experience. It also helps all the learning “stick” even more effectively than standard coaching. There is also time to include leadership learning around key topics delivered in a 1:1 basis.

This approach allows the manager to have their “real” work observed by our experienced executive coaches. With permission, we would attend staff and client meetings, witness how managers deal with staff challenges and broader stakeholder management.

Discussion, reflection and action planning follows over an extended period. This helps cement learning further, allows for a more wide-ranging discussion than is the case with shorter sessions and produces transformational change in the individual and their teams.

Coach Education:

We run a range of coaching programmes, which improve the quality of coaching conversations that are had “in-house”. The result of improved in-house coaching is improved results, greater profitability and more engaged staff. We will be able to start, grow or sustain development of your in-house team of coaches, regardless of their current level of expertise.
