Wallis Consulting provides performance coaching and coach education to individuals and teams within a range of business sectors and sports.

The areas outlined below show some of the areas where will be able to help you improve performance, across whatever appropriate measures you decide to define your success by. In each case, our help can be accessed at an individual, team or whole organisation level.

1. Using the model of a Virtuous Spiral of Outstanding Performance we can assist you and your business to define, clarify and effectively communicate your purpose. The clearer the goals, the more certain the outcome.

2. We will help you identify what we call “people potential” – yours alone, or across the team or business. Many organisations that we have worked with, have been surprised and delighted when they have discovered the wealth of untapped potential that exists “on the inside”.

3. Combine clarity of purpose, newly identified potential with existing strengths and a great plan and what you tend to get as the result, is great performance.

4. Sustaining great performance is about knowing and recognising when you have attained the level you want/need in the first instance, then agreeing desired levels of achievement over given time frames. It is also vital at this point to know how to sustain motivation in performing at the top level of your “game” – business or sport.
