Case Studies...

A large multi-national wholesale bank took 72 of its middle and senior leaders, based in London, through this exciting programme. Lead by two of our highly experienced and qualified facilitator-coaches, the programme consisted of 8 x 2.5 hour workshops, designed around key themes identified by the business. The areas to be covered can be custom-designed to meet the specific needs of your business but some examples can be seen below:

Personal Efficiency - Getting more from yourself and your team

The Art and Science of Influence - Tools and techniques for effective and ethical influencing

Mind the Cultural Gap - Understanding how different cultures (team, area or nation) may operate

Managers know thy “Self” - Self discovery for even more effective results

The Emotionally Intelligent Leader - Understanding how emotions affect business performance on a personal and relational level and knowing how to improve things

Communicating for Success - Sharpening our natural ability to communicate, into a powerful business tool

These workshops were interspersed with 6 x 1.5 hour executive coaching sessions. These were used either to discuss and build upon the classroom work or, more typically, to tackle real business issues faced by the delegate at that point in time.

"The one to one session turned out to be a hugely beneficial and unique experience. I found that I was able to become comfortable with the observations on my strengths and weaknesses and do something about them." MP Senior Project Manager

In addition to these results, we also undertook a Return on Investment exercise, which yielded a return for the business in excess of 340% (Benefit:Cost Ratio of 4.43). This is a very strong return on a programme that was never tasked with providing a return on investment.

Sustainably amazing...
6 months after the end of the programme we went back to measure how delegates were doing and to see if they were still engaging and developing the changes they had made: 100% of delegates surveyed, responded that they were indeed still continuing to employ the changes and improvements on a regular or even daily basis.
